First and foremost BMAQUA P/L would like to thank all our loyal customers for your support over the years and in this trying time.
We have in stock all the granular sizes plus EP1, and EP2
We currently have a few stock issues which have come about through increased ordering of our larger sizes EP4 to EP10 through March and early April but we have fresh stocks arriving in May. We would like to thank those customers who are waiting patiently for their orders and we will be in touch as soon as this product becomes available.
Covid-19 market disruption has added uncertainty to our demand so If you are contemplating ordering EP4, 6, 8, or 10 it may pay to let us know so we can add you to the contact list for when these stocks arrive..
Our Otohime supply chain remains intact and we are not expecting any problems in this regard. It is fortunate that our Japanese manufacturers intend to remain in production for the foreseeable future. Important also is that sea shipments from Japan take at least 14 days to reach Australian Ports so there are generally no holdups across the wharves.
Our Chlorella customers may however be impacted as the number of flights out of Japan have been cut considerably so please anyone ordering this product please try to give us a bit more notice if that is at all possible.
Lead times for our Zeigler Bros. Prawn feeds – Larva Zplus and EZ Mate remain the same on request.
